Once completed, the expanded facility will allow us to:

Barman’s Choice Rebranded with a Bold New Look
Also making waves this May is the rebrand of Barman’s Choice, our go-to range of professional-grade bar essentials. Designed with precision and purpose, this line was originally developed by Gavin Yates, founder of Steinbok and one of Australia’s top bartenders in the 1980s. Barman’s Choice was made by barmen, for barmen and now it looks as good as it performs.
Lime Juice Cordial
Inspired by the original Tahitian lime juice craze of the 1980s, this cordial contains 25% real lime juice. It captures the essence of tropical cocktails and is a summer staple for the Australian bar scene.
Raspberry Cordial
Crafted from Australian raspberries and blended with grenadine-style notes, this cordial brings both colour and character to every pour. It is sharp, vibrant and the perfect mixer for creative cocktail builds.
Sugar Syrup
Our 50:50 sugar syrup is made using 100% Australian sugar cane, harvested from Queensland’s sunny fields. Designed to deliver bar-quality performance at just 9 cents per cocktail, it is the ideal balance of quality and value.
With its refreshed packaging, Barman’s Choice is ready to reclaim its spot behind every bar bringing trusted flavour and functional flair with every bottle.
