Fresh Flavours Brewing at Steinbok

What’s Happening This Month

There’s always something stirring behind the scenes at Steinbok and this month is no exception. From sourcing incredible new spirits to giving our distillery a fresh coat of paint, we’re making moves to keep your favourite brand as bold and exciting as ever.

Expanding Our Horizons

We’ve been busy sourcing some very special spirits to add to the Steinbok story. Tequila and white rum are in the mix carefully selected from overseas producers who share our passion for quality and craft. While we can’t spill all the details just yet, think of this as the beginning of a new chapter that will bring even more variety to your cocktail glass.

The goal is simple:

Give our community access to spirits that aren’t just good, but unforgettable. Whether you’re a margarita lover or a fan of refreshing mojitos, you’ll want to keep an eye out for what’s next.

Distillery Glow-Up

If you’ve visited our distillery, you’ll know we’re just as proud of our space as we are of our schnapps. This month, renovations are in full swing, more paint jobs, touch-ups and refinements that not only make the space look good, but also help us work smarter and smoother.

It’s all about creating an environment that matches the spirit of Steinbok: fresh, vibrant, and ready to welcome new ideas (and new flavours).

Taste the Coast this Week

We’re taking Steinbok and Authentic Batching Co. beyond the distillery and into the heart of the Central Coast, Sunday, September 14, at the Taste the Coast Food and Wine Festival.

Here’s what’s waiting for you:

  • Sip on drinks at Gilly’s Cocktail Saloon, where Steinbok and ABC cocktails will be front and centre
  • Sample signature dishes from the Coast’s finest restaurants and eateries
  • Explore an incredible day of food, drinks, and community

Tickets are just $10 online ($15 at the gate) and kids under 12 are free so bring the whole family for a day of flavour, fun and local pride.
